
3 Week 1:1 Self-Sabotage & Imposter Syndrome Life Coaching Course

This course is designed for those who feel held back by self-doubt, overthinking, perfectionism, or the feeling of ‘not being good enough’. It focuses on understanding why these patterns appear, how they show up in everyday life and how to gently shift them without harsh self-criticism.
Over 3 structured sessions, the connection between thoughts, emotions and behaviour is explored with guided learning in how to separate self-worth from outcomes, developing practical tools to realistically support confidence. We explore awareness, emotional regulation and small actions.
This course is suitable for both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals. We look at how techniques can be adapted to be individual, recognising that confidence and change don’t follow a single formula. The aim is to leave with:
