Counselling
Life Coaching
Absolutely. Many reach out feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or unclear about the kind of support that might help. You don’t need to have it all figured out. The Zoom Consultation or Discovery session is a gentle space to explore what’s going on for you and what might be most supportive right now.
The relationship is important for both Counselling and Life Coaching. Our first meeting gives you a chance to get a sense of me, how I work, and whether you feel comfortable. There’s no obligation to continue – you’re always free to decide what feels right for you.
I offer online sessions for both Counselling and Life Coaching. For Counselling I also have limited in-person availability in Hackney, London. We can discuss what works best for you during the initial meeting.
Across both Counselling and Life Coaching, I work with adults 18 and over, from many walks of life, including:
• People navigating grief and loss (bereavement of both people and pets, work, career, health, diagnosis etc)
• Individuals experiencing major life transitions
• Neurodivergent adults
• LGBTQIA+ clients
• Clients exploring identity, culture, belonging, and relationships
• Those who have experienced trauma
• People living with chronic health conditions and/or pain
• Clients from multicultural backgrounds
• Those who live alternative lives, relationships, or spirituality
• Those working in creative fields such as artists, performers, entertainers and other creatives.
I offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space where your lived experience is respected.
I’m unable to provide emergency or crisis support.
