This course is designed to help you build practical, sustainable mindfulness skills that support daily self-care, balance and emotional resilience available to you wherever you are in the world. It’s perfect for those who may have felt mindfulness wasn’t for them, those with aphantasia, or those who have tried it before without success.
Through a combination of guided meditation without visualisation, grounding exercises and reflective practices, you’ll not only experience mindfulness but also learn the science behind it including:
